What is your shipping & delivery timespan?
At Mrunal Anita, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
For made-to-order or customized pieces, delivery timelines may be slightly longer, and the estimated dispatch date will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Need help tracking your order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email or text with all necessary tracking details from our courier partner.

COD (cash on delivery)
We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option currently.
What is your return/refund or exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds
We do offer size exchanges for minor alterations but we suggest you confirm your size before placing orders as every piece is made once after you place your order.
Customizations
We can custom make you your favorite kurti in your choice of fabric from our collection if available, we also offer customizations in neck depth, sleeve length as per your comfort.
Please note that the pattern/style cannot be changed altogether.
Cancellation policy
We do not offer cancellations once your order is placed, minor modifications in size or customizations can be taken in consideration within 8 hours after placing your order.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective item, or if my parcel is marked ‘Delivered’ but not received?
Parcel Marked ‘Delivered’ but Not Received: Contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate the issue with our shipping partner.
Wrong or Defective Item: Send us clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement, provided all tags are intact.

Who is responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer?
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
